As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced service techs and foremen, building the hands-on skills and code knowledge that lead to a real career. Our career path is: Helper → Apprentice → Mechanic, then two senior tracks at the same level — Service Tech or Foreman. If you show up, work hard, and keep learning, the path is clear.
Responsibilities
- • Assist service technicians and foremen on commercial electrical calls and projects
- • Learn to read electrical drawings and understand code requirements
- • Complete assigned coursework through the IHS Peak apprenticeship program
- • Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness
- • Follow all safety protocols — Reyco's EMR of 0.81 is earned on every job
- • Document work through BuildOps tablet as you develop proficiency
Requirements
- • Enrolled in or eligible to enroll in a state-registered apprenticeship program
- • Some hands-on electrical experience preferred (prior helper work, vocational training)
- • Valid driver's license
- • Ability to work full-time in the field
- • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- • Vocational or trade school coursework in electrical
- • Prior construction or facilities experience
- • Interest in commercial (vs. residential) electrical work
