Most work under $300,000. Panel upgrades, EV charging installations, generator replacements, LED retrofits, code corrections — anything that's a defined scope with a clear start and end. If a job is larger than that, we'll tell you upfront and handle it as a construction engagement.

We assess the job on-site and give you a written quote before any work begins. No hourly estimates that balloon — a fixed scope with a fixed number.
Can you find upgrade needs during a service visit?
That's how many of our best project relationships start. Our service techs are trained to notice upgrade opportunities while on-site and flag them for follow-up. If we see a panel that's due for replacement or a parking lot with failing fixtures, we'll tell you — no pressure, just a straight quote if you want one.
Do you handle EV charging installations for commercial properties?
Yes. We install Level 2 and DC fast charging stations for office buildings, retail centers, multifamily garages, and government facilities. We handle the full scope: load analysis, panel upgrades if needed, trenching, conduit, and charging equipment installation.
