Our team reviews drawings in AccuBid and puts together a detailed number. If awarded, we do a full buyout with the estimator staying involved to catch any gaps.

Kickoff
We assign a PM and superintendent. The foreman comes in for a full review of drawings, submittals, and key details before starting.

Execute
Weekly PM meetings tracking percent complete, cost-to-complete, and manpower. Superintendent on-site at least weekly.

Close Out & Convert
Warranty letters, as-builts, O&Ms, lien waivers. And when the GC moves on, our account managers introduce themselves to the building team for ongoing service.

Why does Reyco limit its construction volume?

We keep three to five anchor construction projects running at a time — enough to stay sharp and serve our best partners, not so many that we pull service techs off service calls. Our service business is our core, and we don't sacrifice it for construction volume.

What's your safety record on construction projects?

Our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) is 0.81, placing us in the top 10% of electrical contractors nationally. For institutional and government projects with badged-access requirements, our safety record is often the reason we're on the approved contractor list when others aren't.

Do construction clients often transition to service accounts?

Frequently. We build the facility, we learn it, and when the general contractor moves on, we're the contractor who already knows where everything is. Many of our longest service accounts started as a single construction project.

What estimating and project management systems do you use?

We estimate via AccuBid and manage projects through BuildOps with real-time job tracking and digital documentation. Our foremen and superintendents run weekly progress reviews and coordinate directly with GC project managers.
