Reyco specializes in high-stakes electrical infrastructure for institutional clients, general contractors, and portfolio owners who demand precision and reliability. We excel in complex environments that require rigorous project management, professional estimating, and specialized crews with high-security credentials. By selectively managing our construction pipeline, we ensure that our top-tier talent is fully dedicated to your project’s success, delivering institutional-grade quality without the risk of overextension.
General Contractors
You need a reliable electrical sub who shows up on time, manages their scope, and doesn't surprise you at close-out.
Our project managers run weekly cost-to-complete tracking, our superintendent visits every job at least weekly, and our estimators stay involved through buyout so nothing falls through the cracks. We've worked with regional GCs across multiple divisions and project types for years.
Institutional Owners & Procurement Teams
You need a contractor with the EMR, the insurance, the badged access, and the documentation standards to pass your due diligence.
EMR 0.81. Top 10% nationally. Experience in international institutions and restricted government facilities in DC. We can send our credentials package today.
Portfolio Owners Running Multi-Site Programs
You have a panel replacement program, a lighting retrofit rollout, or a renovation campaign across multiple properties.
We execute programmatic work across portfolios with consistent pricing, consistent crews, and consistent documentation. One partner instead of five different subs.
"I've been working with Reyco for over a decade. I've dealt with four people the whole time. They're a highly valued partner. Dave will call and say there's going to be a change here — he keeps me informed." — Director of Facilities, Regional Property Management Company
Construction projects across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Selective project intake — we maintain 3–5 anchor construction projects at a time alongside our service operation.
Why does Reyco limit its construction volume?
We keep three to five anchor construction projects running at a time — enough to stay sharp and serve our best partners, not so many that we pull service techs off service calls. Our service business is our core, and we don't sacrifice it for construction volume.
What's your safety record on construction projects?
Our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) is 0.81, placing us in the top 10% of electrical contractors nationally. For institutional and government projects with badged-access requirements, our safety record is often the reason we're on the approved contractor list when others aren't.
Do construction clients often transition to service accounts?
Frequently. We build the facility, we learn it, and when the general contractor moves on, we're the contractor who already knows where everything is. Many of our longest service accounts started as a single construction project.
What estimating and project management systems do you use?
We estimate via AccuBid and manage projects through BuildOps with real-time job tracking and digital documentation. Our foremen and superintendents run weekly progress reviews and coordinate directly with GC project managers.
