No experience? No problem — this is where the career starts. As a Helper at Reyco, you'll work alongside our service techs and foremen, learning commercial electrical from the ground up. We'll pair you with experienced crew members, support your path into the apprenticeship program, and pay your apprenticeship fees once you're enrolled. The career ladder is real: Helper → Apprentice → Mechanic, then Service Tech or Foreman as peer senior roles (same level, different focus). People here have walked that path. Responsibilities
- • Assist electricians and apprentices on commercial service calls and project sites
- • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
- • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- • Follow instructions from lead technicians and foremen
- • Learn and adhere to all safety protocols
- • Prepare for enrollment in an apprenticeship program
Requirements
- • Valid driver's license
- • Ability to work full-time in the field, including occasional early mornings
- • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- • Reliable and punctual — our customers depend on us showing up when we say we will
- • Willingness to learn and follow direction
Nice to Have
- • Any prior construction, facilities, or trade experience
- • Interest in pursuing an electrical apprenticeship (we'll help you get there)
