Build the Business, Not Just Buildings
We're building out the office and leadership team that will take Reyco from a growing regional contractor to a scaled platform across the mid-Atlantic.
What We're Building
Project Manager
~8-year average PM tenure. Strong project pipeline. Real autonomy.
You own the full lifecycle of assigned projects from award through close-out. You run weekly project meetings with the superintendent and foremen, track cost-to-complete, manage submittals and scheduling, and coordinate with GCs and owners.
BuildOps for project tracking and job costing. AccuBid data for buyout. QuickBooks for financial reporting.
Estimators stay involved through buyout — you don't inherit blind spots. The superintendent is your partner. Dave is accessible when you need a decision.
Estimator
Selective bid volume. Relationship-driven work. Margins that hold.
You put numbers together on plan-spec commercial electrical work. You use AccuBid for takeoffs, manage the bid log, and coordinate with the PM team on buyout after award. At Reyco, estimators don't just throw numbers over the wall — you stay involved through buyout to make sure what you estimated is what gets built.
We target negotiated and relationship-driven work over hard-bid commodity jobs. You won't be cranking out 50 bids a month for work we'll never win.
AccuBid for estimating. BuildOps integration coming. Plan sets, submittals, and vendor coordination.
Account Manager
68+ active accounts. DMV territory. Expanding to Richmond and NoVA.
You own a book of business across QSR, multifamily, and institutional accounts. You visit facilities, identify service needs, put together proposals for work that doesn't come with drawings, and make sure Reyco is the first call when something goes wrong. You're measured on bids out, dollars returned, new customer development, and service-to-project conversion.
The DMV. Restaurants, apartment buildings, institutional facilities, and retail. Reyco is actively expanding into Northern Virginia and Richmond.
No single person "owns" a customer — it's Reyco's relationship. Multiple people touch every account, so you have support and coverage.
Operations & Administrative Roles
FP&A, Service Coordination, and warehouse operations. If you want to work at a company that's growing, uses real systems, and has a back-office team with ~10-year average tenure, reach out.

Why Professionals Stay at Reyco
Our Project Managers have been here 12 and 16 years. Our Service Account Manager has nearly 14 years. The back-office team averages over 10 years of tenure. People stay because the work is real, the backlog is strong, the leadership is accessible, and the company is at an inflection point — growing, professionalizing, and building something bigger.
